We want you to love every Lacyne piece. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.


🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Item is not marked as Final Sale

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Bodystockings
  • Harnesses
  • Any item marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund is returned to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We'll offer you a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer — at no additional cost to you.


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@lacyne.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship it back using a tracked service — we recommend keeping your proof of postage
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bodystockings
  • Harnesses
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
