Every Lacyne order is handled with care and dispatched in discreet, unmarked packaging — because what you wear is your business.


📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — join our inner circle to be the first to know.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then contact us at hello@lacyne.com.


🔒 Discreet Packaging

Every Lacyne order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no Lacyne branding on the outside of the parcel and no indication of the contents. Your privacy is always protected.


🌍 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees.
  • Lacyne is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customs issues, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

❌ Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact you by email. A re-delivery fee may apply.

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout — we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
